How does port pickup work?

We meet you right at the cruise port exit with a name sign. Our driver will be waiting when your ship docks, and we guarantee to have you back at least 30 minutes before your ship departs.

Are your tours private?

Yes. All our tours are 100% private. You will have your own licensed guide and air-conditioned vehicle. No sharing with strangers, no large group buses.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.

What languages do your guides speak?

Accepted Answer

Our guides are fluent in English. We also offer tours in German, French, Spanish, and Italian upon request.
